We’re making Switzerland more family-friendly – starting where families are often overlooked: in cafés, shops, and cultural venues. FriendlySpaces is a new label for places that offer more than just a high chair: play opportunities, space for strollers, creative kids’ menus, and a team that truly understands families. First Meeting & Information
In a short first visit, you’ll learn everything about the project, our clear criteria, and how we can work together. It’s the perfect time to ask questions and see how your business could benefit from joining FriendlySpaces.

Consultation & On-Site Visit
We’ll visit your business in person, take a close look at your setup, and provide tailored feedback. You’ll receive practical suggestions and concrete tips on how to make your space even more family-friendly and welcoming for children and parents alike.

Receive & Showcase Your Label
After a successful review, your business will be awarded the official FriendlySpaces label. You’ll also receive materials for your marketing, your shop window, and visibility on our website — making your commitment to families clear and recognisable.
The Friendly Spaces Playbox
Not sure where to start when it comes to making your place more child-friendly? That’s exactly what the FriendlySpaces PlayBox is for. Our subscription service provides a customized box filled with toys for children aged 0–5. Every four months, we visit for a quality check and replace any missing or broken pieces. This way, you can offer families the best experience — with one less thing to worry about.
